Yildiz Sethi is a psychotherapist, educator and author with over 25 years of experience of working with the human mind and emotional healing. With a background in science education and counselling, she developed innovative therapeutic frameworks focused on resolving the root causes of psychological distress through brief and solution-focused interventions. She holds a Master of Counselling, a Bachelor of Education, and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and is the author of four books, the latest is, Let’s Take the Crap Out of Psychotherapy March 2025 Amazon.
