Family Constellations is a powerful way of working with the generational  (systemic ) aspects of who we are, to assist in finding our place in your family and arrive at a better place with our parents. This allows us to gain access to love, connection and freedom and assists us in resolving generational entanglements and loyalties. Leading to improved self-worth, sense of wellness and better relationships. 

What is special about Family Constellations?

In Family Constellations this takes place in brief, experiential, solution-focused and powerful interventions for systemic issues.

Why is Family Constellations sometimes not the answer?

This may be enough for many people. However, I have found that while a portion of people may gain benefit from Family Constellations, aspects of their original presenting issue remain over time. Does not resolve with more constellation work.

Two subconscious Minds

Through twenty years of practice I discovered that we have two subconscious minds. Systemic and Personal. 

 From this experience, I discovered that Family Constellations is ideal for systemic patterns, issues and generational trauma recovery. 

However, the Personal Subconscious is calling for attention

If the issue is non-systemic. This means comes from personal- lived experiences, it is stored in the personal subconscious mind. This is not the same as the systemic brain that is accessed by Family Constellations. The personal subconscious involves a system that represses problematic unprocessed experiences of disturbances, triggers, shocks or trauma.

These repressed memories form Disturbed Emotional Mind States. These are held in the subconscious mind and yet are still alive. Forming triggers though our nervous system that come alive as feelings, thoughts, that are triggered through interactions in daily life. These require a different treatment to the constellation process. 

Hence I developed Emotional Mind Integration - EMI

Over several years I developed Emotional Mind Integration to access and resolve personally repressed disturbances and PTSD trauma, in brief, experiential, solution-focused and powerful interventions for personally repressed issues. Suitable for depression, anxiety, triggers, blocks, sabotage, PTSD trauma and sexual abuse recovery. EMI clears such disturbances one neural pathway at a time and completes with integration within the session. Requiring 1-3 sessions only for complex issues.

Empowerment

The process of Emotional Mind Integration facilitates personal empowerment for those people who are not able to find love and connection in their family for a range of reasons, though a process that activates self-love. This is Emotional Mind Integration that facilitates self-love and personal empowerment. 

Why Emotional Mind Integration may be necessary?

From my constellation experience of more than twenty years, a portion of the population find it hard to receive what they need from parents. This is frequently because parents and former generations are too psychologically and emotionally deprived or damaged to love and connect in the way a child (adult) requires.

Once this is apparent, the next step is Emotional Mind Integration. This is a powerful and complimentary alternative approach to Family Constellations that facilitates the processing of such disturbances quickly, accurately, efficiently and effectively. With each EMI session completing with an integration process to empowerment of the child/adult to move on in their lives.

Emotional Mind Integration

Is a standalone, powerful approach to resolving personally acquired disturbances and trauma. Facilitating the processing of problems at their cause and inwardly rewriting the inner story towards empowerment.
