About Yildiz

Yildiz is the innovator and founder of Rapid Core Healing and Emotional Mind Integration that is presented in her book Rapid Core Healing Pathways to Growth and Emotional Healing. Rapid Core Healing is a two-pronged approach developed to work with an issue from the systemic and personal (biography) aspects in a truly wholistic and revolutionary manner for brief, deep and effective interventions of disturbances, conflicts and trauma.

Yildiz came from a science background teaching physics and chemistry until a profound point in her life which resulted in a change of direction, as she followed her ever present desire for helping people, (first children and now adults), improve their life experience, but in a different way this time. She became interested in consciousness and how the mind directs each person’s life. Yildiz bought her natural scientific curiosity with her in looking at human suffering and wanted to know what holds people back from having the best life experience they could have. In this she was curious about what goes wrong and what needs to change for those who are seeking positive change towards better mental-health and wellbeing.

Since 2000 she has been in private practice and on a long psychotherapeutic journey of learning and growth. Starting as a counsellor and proceeding to become a psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, educator part time for eight years at ACAP (Australia College ofApplied Psychology) specializing in Methods of Counselling. She did training in both Systemic Family Constellations with Svagito Leibermeister and Resource therapy (formerly Ego State Therapy) with Professor Gordon Emmerson during 2005. All that she has learned and especially the trainings in 2005 were pivotal in providing valuable insight into consciousness. Helped her gain insight into consciousness in providing value to further developments in Mind Science and most of all, her experiences with clients in discovering what works, led to her innovation of Emotional Mind Integration and Rapid Core Healing and her book:
